Welcome! It takes courage to come to counseling, and I am so glad that you are here. While I am energetic and believe laughter is a part of the healing process, I also have a deep compassion for others and will journey alongside you as you share your story, offering encouragement, unconditional acceptance, and hope during this life-changing experience. I utilize a person-centered, collaborative, trauma-informed, and integrative therapeutic approach and will adapt treatment to fit the unique needs of each of my clients. 

My background experience includes a twenty-seven year career in education. My love for teaching and helping others reach their full potential carry over to counseling where I have experience working with adolescents, teens, and adults providing individual therapy, parenting support, and faith-based counseling upon request. 

I am a Colorado native and adventurously moved to the great state of Texas in 2022. My husband Byron and I have been married for twenty-six years and have four young adult children with the recent addition of our grandson. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, savoring a leisurely cup of coffee, reading, taking long walks with my dog Mae, and being involved in my Catholic church community.
